J. David Conway, Partner
Mr. Conway is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Upon completing a BA in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College, Mr. Conway joined Coopers & Lybrand as a Staff Auditor. There he completed financial audits and business advisory services to clients in the manufacturing, health care, and financial services industries. Mr. Conway later joined Chartwell Home Therapies as a Joint Venture Accountant where he performed monthly accounting, audit, and cash management duties for their many partnerships. He moved into the financial recruiting arena in 1997, where he was among the top five producers in his region (top 20 worldwide) at an internationally acclaimed executive placement concern. In May of 1999, Mr. Conway co-founded Forefront Staffing, Inc. Since that time, he has directed the expansion of the company by retaining clients with wide-spread, diverse needs, allowing Forefront Staffing to cultivate relationships in every discipline of the accounting and finance fields. Mark Poolos, Partner
Mr. Poolos brings more than five years of investment banking and financial consulting experience to Forefront Staffing, Inc. After earning a BA in finance from DePaul University in Chicago in 1991, Mr. Poolos joined New York City-based Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Co., where he monitored Euro dollar interest rates and executed futures trades accordingly. Mr. Poolos then moved to the Tokyo-based Nikko Securities, Co. Ltd., where as a senior futures broker he advised investment banking professionals on institutional bond futures. He then moved to an internationally acclaimed executive recruiting concern in 1998, where his production rate qualified him among the top five producers in his region. Mr. Poolos co-founded Forefront Staffing, Inc. in June of 1999. Since that time, Mr. Poolos has helped foster the growth of Forefront Staffing by building long-term relationships with local, national and global companies. Seth Hilgert, Division Director
After earning a degree in Communications from The University of Minnesota - Duluth in 1999, Mr. Hilgert initially began his sales career in education, shortly progressing to an international computer software company. His recruiting career began in 2001 with a position at a well-established Minneapolis Accounting and Finance Search Firm. At the Firm, Mr. Hilgert worked with high-profile clients as large as Fortune 50 companies as well as Financial Services and Retail and Services Industries. In 2003 he received the Summit Award for superior performance with clients and candidates. From there Mr. Hilgert joined an international Human Resources Outsourcing Firm as an Executive Recruiter, working with the largest client of the company and supervising a team of eight. In 2006 Mr. Hilgert accepted a position as a Division Manager at a multibillion dollar international Search Firm where he specialized in creating, training and developing staff. Mr. Hilgert joined Forefront Staffing as a Division Director in July 2007, responsible for managing and developing the newest office of Forefront Staffing located in Minneapolis. Back to Top
Suzanne Jolcover, Division Director
In 1998, after attending The University of Illinois and Northwestern University, Ms. Jolcover began her career in sales with a large electronics producer. She was named the company’s top producer in her first year there, responsible for selling more digital product than any other employee for the company in the U.S. From 2000-2003 Ms. Jolcover was employed as an Account Executive for the temporary division of a large Accounting Search Firm, responsible for revenue and business growth in her assigned territory. In 2000 she won the President’s Award for most revenue generated in her rookie year. Ms. Jolcover accepted a position as a Branch Manager for an executive staffing agency in 2003 where she handled sales, recruiting, hiring, training and client service. The company’s revenue grew over 800% from the start of her tenure. In 2007 Ms. Jolcover joined Forefront Staffing as the Division Director, in charge of the development of the Temporary Staffing Division in the Des Plaines office. Back to Top
Matthew Doss, Division Director
Mr. Doss graduated from The University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2001 with a degree in Economics. After spending the second half of ’01 traveling abroad, he returned to the states with aspirations of becoming a PGA teaching professional. After a short while he realized this was not the career move for him. Mr. Doss ended up joining Forefront Staffing in 2003 amidst a sluggish economy, and really learned the intricacies of the business during that first year. In November, 2005 he was promoted to Division Director of the Des Plaines office. At Forefront Mr. Doss has specialized in staffing corporate finance and asset management positions. He has spent the past four years cultivating long-term relationships with clients and focuses on being forthright and honest with both clients and candidates. Back to Top
Tony Ruiz, Division Director
Mr. Ruiz graduated with a management degree from Iowa State University in 1998. He began his career in restaurant management, specializing in the development of personnel and gaining valuable experience in the entire Human Resources process. Mr. Ruiz worked closely in post-merger integration and implementing change throughout a large chain of restaurants in the Midwest. In 2003 Mr. Ruiz joined Forefront Staffing. As Division Director of the Chicago office, he quickly gained success developing long standing professional relationships. Mr. Ruiz prides himself on his client services skills and continually building his network of clients and associates. In 2007 Mr. Ruiz became CPC and
PRC certified.

Justin Hoot, Division Director
Mr. Hoot graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from West Virginia University in 2004. Following a move to Chicago, he joined Forefront Staffing in October of 2005. Mr. Hoot is in his third year in the staffing industry and has gained wide-spread expertise in the accounting, finance, and information technology fields. He is the Division Director of Forefront’s temporary staffing sector, specializing in contract and contract-to-hire employment. Back to Top
